:wave Well folks, it's that time of the year again! :ricky Riding the Kern Plateau is something many of us look forward to each and every year. This annual weekend ride has something for everyone. Trails range from wide fireroads to narrow single track. The single track trails will immerse your senses into overdrive while your riding along lush meadows with creeks. For those who are not inclined to ride the single track, there are fire roads and Jeep trails that will lead you to Monache Meadow - one of the most popular destinations on this ride.

Make sure your ride has a USFS approved spark arrestor. The ranger WILL come by and probe everyone as he has done in years past.:deal

We'll be camping at the same spot as previous years: Troy "OVERFLOW" (pull in and go all the way to the back).

    Troy OVERFLOW GPS coords:

    (entrance off Sherman Pass Rd)
    N36 03.871 W118 14.445

    (actual camp location)
    N36 03.281 W118 14.584

Last year was a really great time with great people! Check out the ride report HERE

This year, for simplicity sake there will be no restaurant dinner. How about a potluck? :ear

    FIREWOOD:kumbaya
:dealPLEASE BRING AT LEAST ONE BUNDLE OF FIREWOOD PER PERSON FOR THE WOOD PILE.

If you have a wood cutting permit and a chainsaw, bring it!

It will be cold (lows in the mid-to-low 30's)

Holy crap, the guy has no head... :eek1

    This shirt by...the Browneye... :D
I have to admit, Riddlers design for the noob rally was more edgy, and they were able to spread the extra production costs out over more shirts. We were pretty last-minute on this one, like I picked them up the night before we left for the event, the design two days before.

It's all up to Rich, and seems Joel is a big partner on this one as well. Happy to help where possible.
