Well, finally spring is making it's introduction here in Idaho, and well to be honest I've been in hiatus or maybe it was hibernation and can't remember, Well, somehow I got coaxed into doing this ride again so I changed up about half the route and managed to keep everyone guessing  Route is longer this year than in past rides, come out to around 190 miles with only 30 or so paved.

Turned out to be a good day, as we all met at a local Diner. I personally thought many would bow out as the day started with ominous rain clouds hanging overhead, alas it cleared and everyone who had signed on showed... umm well almost everybody.

We rolled out right on time... 0900

and while I've done this many times I NEVER tire of the magnificent scenery I have in my backyard

Finally we were back on the Oregon Trail, so there was the obligatory historical landmark stop and photo opportunity.

After this point I took almost no pictures but I highlighted the ride into three parts of video clips.. greatly condensed!

OH YEA, perhaps I should include the route

If any of those who rode along please feel free to add you pictures as I didn't take many.

Part II on the way shortly

Well I think right now I'm a fan of level 2/3, with a smattering of level "masochist" :D
My techno-geek exterior needs to be muddied up on occasion

WEll Alrighty, I have finished up the final video highlight of the ride. I just wanted to say it was a very enjoyable ride and to meet new faces of those other gregarious types out there; hope our paths cross again. See you all out there.
