Well I have finally done it! Right this minute I am in Narrabri enjoying a beer after a nice day's ride.

For those that missed it, my husband walked out on me 4 months ago so I have been planning to make myself homeless and live off Charlie doing a lap of the paddock. I am lucky in that I have a bunch of sites that I used to work on which still bring in a small income so I will continue with them and some new projects. This means I get to work online wherever I have net. At first it means living on around $40 a day if I don't want to eat into my savings / emergency fund.

I will get some pics up soon of my overloaded tractor and what exactly is in his burden but for now I just wanted to tell you all that I have finally left and you can stop asking

At the moment I am on my way to sunny Melbourne for a long overdue visit with my daughter. Using her place as a base I will get some work done that I have been neglecting as well as see a lot of Vic, southern NSw and Tassie. There will be at least one trip to Sydney, Mudgee and Dubbo as well. We have Scrapheap in April so I am hanging around until then. After that I will start heading west. I want to see the Grampiens, Coober Pedy, the west SA coast first then head to WA.

One of the things I am looking forward to is saying Hi to as many advers as possible so give me a shout out if I am nearby any time.

I must say a big thanks to my best mate, Tina (sabretooth butterfly)! She has helped me so much with setting up Charlie, letting me stay and giving me the confidence to do this. What a legend!

Tomorrow is narrabri to west wyalong I think, with a stop at Dubbo to say hi to an old mate. Not leaving until the roos have calmed down a bit.. 7.30 - 8am nsw time?
