Keihin FCR carb

The price from Sudoco is 1000$ for this carburator... but the price for Honda XR Keihin FCR carb is 360$. I found on Ebay 4 Keihin carburators from Honda CBR 4 cyl. for 300$ maybe this is good solution?

Do you know differences? Because needles and jets and chocke parts you can buy separetly.

The problem will be that only one of the four carburetors will have the throttle control. The others are all linked up with linkages....So they will pretty much be useless unless retrofitted with the appropriate parts..

Then you will have to plug/cap remove all of the connections from the carb you are keeping...

The CBR carbs shown on e-bay are only 33 mm...Too small. The 39 mm FCR would work well on the 640 for low-end emphasis (that is the carb for the 660 Rallye).

The XR Carb should work like a charm with re-jetting!

might try carb parts

chances are they'll have it a bit cheaper than sudco....they have a fcr39 for $500 or thereabouts. it won't have a coast enricher, tps nor a choke... and no places to mount them but who needs all that crap?

nice fellas too...
