Hello Adventure riders and ridets,

I hope you guys don't mind me posting this here being a NEWB. I went up and over Four Peaks last weekend and was surprised by how bad the trash has gotten. I've decided that I'm going up there to pick up as much as I can next month. I'd love to see some ADVrider folks there. There all the info below.

Thanks for reading this,

Tim Huber/ SOAZ

I know. You get the left side I'll get the right!
Actually the Sheriff is going to handle the burnt out FJ Cruiser. They have to check to see if it was used in a crime or stolen. (pretty likely)
There is so much trash around this area there will be plenty to pick up though.

I'd list this in the AZ Virtual Jeep site and the other 4wd clubs.

A couple of updates!

www.goodgun.org has donated some money to the cause as a giveaway! As well as some members coming to help. I'm excited to see responsible shooters step up. http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i1...foundation.gif

Oakley has given some sun glasses to give away.

The Tacoma Territory, Xterra Owners Club http://www.xterraownersclub.com/ubb/...s/thumbsup.gif , Copper state cruisers, and Virtual Jeep Club have stepped up to make it an official run of theirs!

The Copper State Cruisers have stepped up with a giant grill that can cook 80 burgers at a time! YIKES thats a lot of cow. mmmm!

Some folks are bringing a rake if they can. Its not a neccessity, but it will help with the shells and glass being picked up!

The Forest Service is going to bring a couple of Roll Off Dumpsters too!

KTMSER,
Thanks for the support bro. I'll save some burgers for ya!

I know the majority of trash isn't by any dirt bike or 4x4ers, but its a great opportunity to do something good, give us a better name as a sport and make it so we don't have to look at this crap!

Also, REI is donating some clif bars. I love those things!
