[640 Adv] wiring harness organisation
 
Hello

I installed HID system on my KTM 640 Adventure.
I bought it second hand some month ago, and I have the impression that the organisation of the wires behind the "dashboard" is not the good one.
I'm looking for pictures of this part, without the fairing, of course. Do you have this?

I'm looking for also some connectors that fit the available ones. Where to buy this?

By "the available ones" do you mean the spare switched power plugs intended for the roadbook? Those are Molex .093" connectors. They are the 2-pin version of the connector used for computer disk drives.

In N.America they are available at Radio Shack. You might be able to order them from mouser.com Here is the catalog page: http://www.mouser.com/catalog/632/1265.pdf

You need to order the housing and the pins separately. They are designed for a crimp connection to the wire, but if you don't want to buy the crimp tool they can be soldered.
