A usual time-out at weekend with many pics.
Hi!you all....This time my report comes with a selection pics from two of my recent trips. And I like sharing them with you.
Time to enjoy my photos now.
I decided to get to those radars in the background but failed:(
Ruins ahead but I don't knowwhose?Might belong to Thracians
Deep into the woods
Scenic one!Down,GPS shows a trail which I suddenly decided to take...
We are really fu..ing the nature. In the middle of nowhere, how came all these blocks!
I crossed this creek.I managed but got drenched.
Almost naked.Nobody around, except birds watching and singing.
Taking a breather....Watching around....
These mushrooms, being collected by the villagers.5 to 15 bucks per kilo:huh
To be used in medicine as well as cosmetics.
Second part on the way.
How heavily it was raining that day.No dogs and cats left in the sky.But That was the weather and trip I was dreaming about. That was an experience that I had been expecting for long: riding about 170 km under heavy rain.A jeep accompanied me on the way but honestly speaking; there were times I used to think about my friend's proposal: he suggested me accompanying him in his jeep but I rejected.
Enough with words.Let's start...
My turn to take shots of that old fart Landy.
Roads sometimes getting worse and tricky
What a panorama and a shot:clap
Charcoal for barbecues
We went further to the abandoned mine.
I hope you have liked the photos.
Ride safely and happily.
I enjoyed your post and found the pictures very enjoyable. Boy, the ocean looked very agree when you took your pictures.
Turkey looks like it has some nice riding opportunities
Just came across this and enjoyed seeing pictures from youre part of the world. Thanks for posting and lets have some more!
Thanks for another Turkish ride report!! This time around, the sun wasn't shining for you, but you look like you had a good ride and good fun, thanks for posting :thumb
I'd assumed after the non-stop rain we had in the UK that everyone else had a sunny summer.
Looks like I was wrong!!
What's the explanation for the marks on the tree trunks, are they from flood water?
Thanks for posting.
Nice trails and roads to follow here in Turkiye.Hope to see you here one day.
Yep,you're right.No sunshine this time,but I am learning to be a real ADVrider:evil
Riding takes me away from that hectic life in the city and I forget everything each time I'm on the go.I feel myself like a new-born baby.
Thx for the reply Gadget Boy.
(in Thrace). One can witness four seasons here.Sometimes mild and sometimes very harsh, add snow avalanches, too
Some parts of these dusty and rocky trails are in mining areas where they have been digging to get what is essential for glass making.
As regards to flood water, you are dead right. And some minor bridges had been destroyed due to the flood and heavy rain.
Most enjoyable. You got some good pictures. Be well and safe...
which part of turkey was this in?
Oh, THAT is where you were riding. I didn't think it was New Jersey.
