2nd week day one
Monday morning.. 6AM truck with 3 guys throw steel bar down to the ground.
Dog is going crazy, wants out to bark and do her job protecting the house.

We will have inspections in the morning and the electrical company was out to ground the building to the foundation. (REALLY THEY CAME OUT TO GET THE FIRST DRAW)

A truck full of block was suppose to be here today and that should fill
the yard up with construction material. Omniblock Wall Construction

The steel and stems are finish for the day. Look how wide the footers are. This type of soil has a bit of slippage. The soil (decomposing granite and clay) was compacted to 95% using
water as the bonding agent.
Going to make a new warning sign later today.

No trouble with the water table I see.

Sounds like you're going to have a nice place.

FUNNY>>>If I was to drill for a well ... I would need 700 ft of pipe and maybe
we might his water.

Now if we get a 100 yr storm .. this building might wash away.
