CT-3 Refresh :)
So, i got a little bit by the scope creep bug and an engine case polishing idea turned into a frame off budget restoration of my 1973 yamaha ct3. Heres the progress so far:

Frame out, cleaned, painted. Fenders off, repainted aluminum colored (never get tired of that paint, always looks awesome.

Motor out, cleaned, cases polished, cylinder painted. Not sure if i want to sand the fin edges or not...

Removable case pieces polished

Just have to finish painting the wheels, and stuff can go back together :) i'll keep it short and sweet with mostly pictures.

Got done painting the wheels, sanding the motor fins and putting in new fork seals (and 20w oil) and dust boots.
Everythings all ready to be put back together now. Pics soon

Alrighty. More pictures! I managed to fry my old phone (and all the pictures on it). Got a few parts on this evening before getting too hungry to continue.

My motivation for working today, raining since this afternoon:

Started with the frame

A few bits

Some bobs

And some doodads
