Fourmile on a Guzzi
A few pictures and fewer words from this weekend's trip to the Fourmile area.
Friday afternoon: packed up.
Friday evening arrival.
Saturday morning: ready to go.
Pirell Scorpion Rally in the proper 150/70-17 size.
Looking over toward the Collegiate peaks.
Entering Aspen Ridge. This is a lot of fun on a real dirt bike, let's see how the hippo handles it.
Sunday morning: the treehouse.
Redneck heated chair.
Just because I'm camping, doesn't mean I have to forego all of the comforts of home.
A few close-up shots.
There are patches of snow here and there in some of the shady areas.
Stopped for a picture or two in the hills above Buena Vista.
The ponds were frozen over, but you could hear the water gurgling underneath the ice.
Packed up again, ready to head back home.
Nice to see the Hippo right side up this time:rofl
Good to see your having fun on the Stelvio.
One of my Oasis Breakfast pals has a new Stelvio and raves about how superior it is to his past GS's in their different year/CC configurations.
Don't forget about us in Pensacola and post links in the PAR to your stories so we can druel.
I had a heater set up like that at one of the freakouts, my popularity soared. :D
Had to try Gevalia this week, Thanks! :thumb
Looks like you're living well there sir. :clap
