Central Newfoudland
Hi. I am looking for someone who can service a BMW F650GS single cyl. in Central Newfoundland. Any riders from around there on here?

Ride the rock might help.

What do you need done

We have but one BMW dealer on the island. The Toy Box/ Avalon Motorrad in St Johns is a fine example of customer service for locals and travellers alike.
In central there are lots of moto shops that may be helpful. Whaddayaneed?:ear Inmate Kojack is as local as one gets in central NL. |
The bike is working great. It's sitting in a storage facility in Lewisporte (sigh!).
I guess it just needs a regular maintenance and tuned up before I bring it back to Ottawa next Spring. I will be riding it back alone and as I am not too mechanically inclined, I wanna make sure that all is in good working order before I leave for a 4 day trip! Thinking also of buying side cases for it, so would need someone to help install the mounts on it. I was told it can be quite the task! ________ |
pm Dave Noel on Ride The Rock. He works at a Honda Powerhouse dealer in Gander. Dave can hook you up with just about anything you need.
If he doesn't answer a pm send me one and I'll point you to his email address as he's very busy with hockey and family this time of the year and may not even check into RTR for weeks at a time. |
Good peeps up that way. Someone will help you get where you need to be.:deal
As for RTR, believe they're going through some site changes at the moment. May have something to do with the registration issues. Sounds like it's been a project with the limited time those running it may have to devote to it. Hiya, Murph!:wave |
