Condamine Gorge Track, Open??
Looking to head away next weekend for an overnighter with the idea of Passing through the Condamine River Gorge.
Is it open? Anyone been through recently? :ear Cheers; Tom |
Killarney police will update for you on 07 46641320.

Don't see why it wouldn't be - hasn't been raining much lately.
|
It was all good in December, and we have had little rain since.
|
Ran through last Tuesday.
Closed ''rain damaged track ahead local traffic only" said the sign. Road was in the best condition I've ever seen it. Fine screenings on all crossings feet stayed dry. |
huh. i went through last weekend and it was all in good nick.
there must have been some rain as the deepest crossing was about 18 inches deep. a mate went through the previous week and all 14 crossings were bone dry... |
Excellent, some water in the river will be a positive.
Thanks all for your replys to date. |
I have never seen it this low ;-[ I think doing the tar twisty's over Queen mary would probably be more exciting at the moment
ummm B1 I might of been exagerating when i said bone dry but it was bloody close ;-] I took a dirtnewbie out to attempt them and at the end of the road he asked where the legendary creek crossings were ;-{ |
