Coco's Health Status??
 

Heard a report out of El Rosario that Coco died. Any confirmation? I saw him in Baja about a month ago, didn't look good, tremors of the hands and just not himself.
Anyone been to his place lately????:pope:grim

Hey Lee, you must of got the email from Brad. I've been trying to confirm this too. Haven't found anything so hopefully its only a rumour.

I haven't heard anything. I just saw him at the B1K. While he wasn't in the best of health, he didn't look overly too bad. I pray he's ok.

I think we should all pray he is OK. As I am sure we can all agree he was the kindest man south of the border. If every Mexican followed his lead the country would be that much more beautiful!

I saw him Christmas week and he was headed up to Mexicali to see doctors.

I saw him in December and he seemed ok.... in good spirits

Here is a pic of him Nov. 25. I was alarmed to learn he had lost his other leg, but he was still hamming it up and cracking jokes all over the place.

He lost the other leg like 4 years ago. Same for me, saw him during the 1000, camped out there and he was his old self, racing around on his little quad and setting up the checkpoint.

Found this post on another ADV thread:

Coco is not dead. He was up in San Felipe for some doctors visits, while in SF he was staying at Kiki's Camp as a guast of Kiki. Our Jeep/RV friends Rick and JJ sent me a picture about a week ago of Coco hanging out in their big ass RV. Coco found out they are friends with the "Loco Canejo" from Ohio and asked them to send the pic and a big Coco HOLA! I will ask if he is still in SF or back home.
