BMW F650gs stock rear protection - mounting problem

Hi,

I have a big dilemma, regarding my BMW F650GS (2011, ABS with stock alarm). I bought it as a second hand bike, with rear plastic protection changed (see picture 01 and 02).

I have also the original rear protection + number plate carrier (see pictures 03 - the plastic protection, 04 protection and number plate carrier, 005 both protection and carrier assembled).

The problem is that I tried to mount the originals, but I cannot mount the plastic rear protection because of alarm box (see the pictures 06).

It looks like the service, took out the rear protection, changed the number plate carrier and mounted the alarm. Now if I want to make the changes back, I have to take out the alarm box or to find another kind of rear plastic protection that will fit. On the other hand, maybe I do not know how to mount the original real protection.
How looks rear plastic protection on your bikes? Like mine or not? Do you have stock alarm? How it is mounted?
Please help!
In the pictures 07, you can see the stock alarm.
