Why can't I upload a photo?
 

The photo is 1000x660 pix, and weighs 130 kb, all within tolerances . Yet, I keep getting the «Upload failed» message. Why is that? Thanks.:huh

I doesn't work very well at all. Use Google Picasa or one of the other services like Photobucket and then link to the image.

I posted pictures from my gallery last week

it won't copy a photo from smugmug

My gallery settings include external links

I chose embeddable links

I copied

I dragged
I pasted

What ought I do? It's been one hour jacking around

Nobody can attach pics anymore, you need to link them from your smugmug account use the mountain icon not the paperclip icon.

yeah my heading should have been can't post a photo from smugmug.

I use the mountain icon..it asks for a URL. I don't understand. I thought I just click copy on the embeddable links tab and drag my photo

I read and printed the instructions and think I am following them

You need to copy the image address not the image are you using a Mac or PC?

I've pasted , copied, dragged all tries. Even typed the URL in the box

Just click on copy image address and hit the mountain icon then paste and OK, should work.
