DIY heated gear wire
 

I have 28awg stranded teflon-coated copper wire left over from my DIY heated gear project. I am selling it at $5 per 100' plus shipping. I will use flat rate shipping so its $5 for any amount of wire you buy. USA 48 contiguous states only. Other countries may be more for shipping.
I can send you the links that I used for the other materials I used if you'd like. (Wire resistance calculation and conversions, inexpensive controllers, and connectors)

EXAMPLE==50'@14v(alt output @1500rpm) is roughly 60watts.....=very warm. In my jacket I used 40'=75W and a pwm (controller) to turn down the heat.
