A Motorcycle Show and Lunch

Attending the Inland Northwest Motorcycle Show and Sale is hungry stuff so come meet other ADVers for lunch:

Saturday March 16, 2013
1:00 PM

Puerto Vallarta
in the lounge
6915 E Sprague Ave.
Spokane Valley, WA

The show is held at the Fairgrounds with lots of free parking. After the show being downtown for a few years and having to pay $10 to park the free parking is a plus. More information about the show here: http://www.spokanemotorcycleshow.com/ If you stop at one of participating dealerships they will give you a $2 off coupon.

Hit the show then come have lunch or have lunch then hit the show.

See you there. :D

Next weekend, very interesting. No overtime yet. Mow the yard this weekend and get the camper ready for turkeys , April 15 . Then I can go see bikes.:clap

Maybe they will have a water cooled R12 to look at:evil. BMW's going to be there?

If Phyllis comes along she always tells me to go ahead and buy it .

Terrific. I'm surprised you are dragging yourself away from snowmobiling.

Westside will be there and I'm sure they will have a good selection of BMWs. If you want to find out if they will have an R12 there give them a quick call 509-747-1862.

A wife that always tell you to buy is a pretty darned good wife. :D

I'll make sure to try and make it out.

I'm a brand spankin' noob here. I sold my Ninja and bought a Sertao and can't wait to get some mud on the tires, and the fenders... and the bodywork, and etc etc.

Actually, truth be told my wife Insisted I buy the BMW - in her words "to go get your guy time" I think I may need to keep her around ;-)

biodieselandon 03-10-2013 10:27 PM

Where did you get your Sertao? I miss my G650GS. Great bike.

NWPanzer 03-11-2013 09:59 AM

I got it at westside - I was looking at getting a new yellow 2013 G650GS but saw this one and scooped it up. So far I am very happy thumpin along on the baby bimmer.

I am considering doing the dual sport ride at the Desert 100 - I think that would be a good intro to dirt for both the bike and me.

NWPanzer 03-11-2013 10:01 AM

hey there BioDiesel... I just noticed your past bikes, is that your white 2012 G650GS out there at Westside? just curious...

biodieselandon 03-11-2013 03:00 PM

It sure is. I traded it in September on my 800. Has about 13,000 on it but I had every service and even unnecessary oil changes done every time at Westside. I sure miss it. I put the BMW tinted winshield, BMW hand guards, and center stand on it just before I traded it too so I took a big loss.

biodieselandon 03-11-2013 03:05 PM

Lot's of great memories on that bike. I would have been a little more content with it if I wasn't so interested in hardcore off road riding.

Yes indeed - very nice bike. I was in the same spot - wanting something a bit more off-road ready, so I ended up going with a gently used Sertao instead. Are you planning on doing the DS run at the Desert 100?
