Uncle Dave

Uncle Dave, the trail seems to dead end at the river and the trail on the other side of the river going North seems to dead end before it gets to the river.

Mapsource appears to show the trail cross the river and continue South.
Maybe, Google Earth can't show the trail.

Gary good news, bad news. I was on the buffalo river wilderness/Nat'l park area map and the road goes thru! We will find out when we get there, but I'm thinking it will be gated or no motors allowed.:bluduh

I am curious where that crossing is that you show in your Google Earth photo. I may be able to help with some info. Give me a waypoint or some clue as to what area this is. Thanks. :norton

I looked at Google Earth and there doesn't look like much sign of a trail there to me. I must not be looking at the same spot you have in your photo. The waypoint you referenced is just east of the mouth of Hawk Hollow and about a half mile west of Terrapin Branch. You all have some large cohones if you are riding in there. :norton

We"ll find out if Uncle Dave has any or not tomorrow. There is a trail, of sorts, but may be gated...
