I'll be riding up from NYC, any other cool rides to do on Friday?
Spread the word.
Unfortunately, I will be en route from Inuvik back to Ottawa....:D
Rally Connex May 5
GS Challenge June 12th at Horseshoe Valley
Ontario Horizons Unlimited meeting Sept
Juno nominee Country Music Artist Clayton Bellamy will be performing on Sat night of the event. (sponsored by Triumph Canada)
The event will be in a KOA Campground, so lots of room for trailer parking if you you bring the family. There will be kids events and movie night for them as well.
Rene Cormier will there to chat about new trips he has to offer in South Africa.
Lots of vendors.
And of course Simon Pavey will be there as well.
Hope to see you all there.
Waterlilly, would it be helpful to start crossthreads in riding/Upcoming before the event and regional/Canada for folks to catch up about their experiences after the event?
I just noticed that if someone doesn't come to the vendor section they may not see the event at all and miss out.
We can only post updates here, as we respect the rules of ADV rider form.
Updates are coming in steady on the website listed above, and lots of vendors
have donated Door prizes. If your into a little Vintage nostalgia, your going to
love some of the folks registered for that, even Lawrence has got some of his oldies up and running for the event.
Triumph Canada is sponsoring the Entertainment, which is going to be Juno Award winning Country artist Clayton Bellamy.
TourTech Canada has made a donation.
and few others.
The event is going to be STELLAR, lots of stuff for kids to do as well.
Friday rides, for them what wants 'em
I'm not able to organize anything in detail because of work, but here's a few ideas:
1. If you're coming from the States across at Buffalo, spend time in the northern tier of PA or Finger Lakes in NY.
2. Once across, plug in Creemore, Glen Huron, Kimberley, for a nice 5 to 6 hour ride by GPS. There's a brewery in Creemore and some gnarly stuff around these villages, if you wish...or lots of curvy pavement.
See you all there, Friday night. I'm on a dark blue VStrom.
