BikViz Conspicuity Lights

These tiny LED lights just may make the difference between the old man in the Chevy Caprice seeing you or pulling out and ruining your day

These lights are small and can be mounted easily without ruining the looks of your bike. They mount with a sticky tape and really stick.

Like most LED the draw in nearly nothing

I mounted these on the front of my SuperMoto WR450 and are unnoticeable when the bike is just sitting there

The beauty of these lights are the small size and big output in light.
Its hard to capture the full effect of them in pics.

They are made in the UK not China.

If you would like to try a set they are $ 24.00 shipped anywhere in the US

I'm assuming these are amber?

Kevin K 06-23-2013 06:28 PM

I can see how you would think they are amber. But they are not. They are available in a very bright white and now red to make the tail light jump out too. They can be wired in to the brake light with an inexpensive adapter I haven't listed yet. There is also a brake light modulator that flashes the brake lights when you are braking. I fear not being seen and I put both on my bike.

The Bullets come in blue also. There was some kind of study that said blue light catches the eye quicker than white.I'm guessing in the UK it's not illegal to run blue running lights. Attention from the police here is not whos attention I wish to catch on the road. So Ill stay with white
I really liked these lights because they are so small. I am scared of drivers not seeing me so much that i could have so many lights on my bike that I'd would make my Wr Super Moto look more like an Electra Glide. These disappear until they are turned on

Got any pics of them mounted on a bike at nighttime?

How much for a set in red shipped to Canada?

oz97tj 06-23-2013 09:20 PM

For $24 bucks, I'd try a set. How do we order?

CallMeBoog 06-24-2013 04:25 AM

I'm intrigued. Shipping to Canada? would you consider a discount if multiple sets were bought at once? - say 1 set of white and 1 set of red?

I have thought about these, but can't for the life of me figure out why they route the power wires through the stick-on base of the lights. It must be an assumption that the surface upon which you will be mounting the lights will have a hole.

I'd much rather see the power coming out of the rear of the lights. I'm not drilling into a fairing just to stick these on. Sorry.

CallMeBoog 06-24-2013 04:07 PM

OP, where are you?

CallMeBoog 06-25-2013 05:40 PM

Thanks for the PM, Kevin K!

I can't wait to get these...and be more conspicuous.

Kevin K 06-25-2013 07:28 PM

Sorry for the late replies. Work has kept me from the internets. But ld rather complain about too much work than not enough

Yes these lights most likely will need a small hole to feed the wire to them. But that's it. They come with a super sticky pad. Make certain they are where you want the when you stick them. Cause that's where they are staying.

I'm sorry I can't discount for more lights. On ebay I'm selling these at 35.00 which is 11.00 more than here at 24.00.

The red lights are 4.00 more at 28.00

A Brake Light Converter cost 16.00
That will allow the red bullets to get brighter when braking

A Pod Modulator cost 29.00
When wired to the Pods they glint to catch a drivers eye. They don't annoyingly blink, the Pods are lit 92% of the time and are off 8% . That's why it's called a glint not flashing.

I am using this on my bike along with a the tail light modulator that makes my tail light flash.if anyone wants one of those ill be glad to get the. One.
They cost 50.00 . But I'm a scaredy cat . I fear not being seen

My email is 64maxpower@gmail.com
If you have interest please email me.

The lights don't show nearly as nice in the pics as when you see them
