How?

Especially how without scratching the plastic?

And if plastic is scratched will it buff back with a good soft woolen pad?

I've had good success with a heat gun to soften the stickers and use lacquer thinner to remove the glue residue.

WD-40
Kinda looks like you try'd it already.

Spray it on,let it sit alittle, then try it.:deal

The wifes hair dry'r does help. For some reason they get all pissy bout it,but it'll help.:lol3

I use a heat gun each time I change the graphics on my bikes. I then use WD-40 to remove the glue residue then wipe that off with some contact cleaner on a shop towel. If you need to scrape them off, use a plastic wedge, it won't damage the plastic under the sticker.

Looks like your stickers have been applied, then clear lacquer over the top. See if you can remove lacquer with paint thinners, then use a heat gun to get stickers off. Stickers never work that well on plastic tanks, as the tanks are porous and the stickers generally start to bubble pretty quickly.

Ok...as I dont have heat gun, the Mrs hair dryer will have fo cut it. Might make a shed run after she goes to bed.

Cheers for the advice. Let you know how it went.
