BDCW sells Them. They Sit A Little Lower Like 1/2 inch.

I don't have these but do have the Fastway Adventure pegs which are similar and have a lo-boy mounting option which drops them 1/2inch from stock.

The choice of standard or lo-boy will just come down to your size and ergonomic preferences....Along with your saddle and bar height. I can tell you though that a platform of that size (the fastways are wider still at 4.75 inches) dramatically increases confidence when up on the pegs off road.
