Make sure you have a compatible trickle charger... I was running a battery tender on my Odyssey and it wasn't up to the task.

Odyssey has a list of approved chargers on their web page.

The fork lowers unscrew from the black fork leg BTW...

Having been a Bing stalwart for the last 20+ years, I got my first airhead with Mikuni's last February.

In the end, I think the Mikuni's have better overall performance once properly tuned.
