The Wee2 does have much better and stiffer suspension than the '11 & older . . . which also raised the seat height.

A 21" front would require longer forks and a higher rear to offset the front ....

I am averaging 58 mpg on the Wee2 . . . 47 mpg on the Vee2. The 30 lbs less weight on the Wee is noticable. I feel more confident going into tight curves on the V.
