The idea is not to have pressure points at all. Not move them, although going from balls to bones probably would seem like an improvement.

There is a free version of Dragon for the iPad...

There is a free version of Dragon for the iPad that works great as far as accuracy. You need to cut and paste the finished text into another app though. Might not be what you want for ride reports....
