I don't think anyone has ever dissed the Deathwings for pavement use. Considering the main attraction here is ADV, and the shortcomings of the tires, they will always have a poor reputation.

No amount of insulation will keep pipes from freezing if they are in unheated space. Heating the garage isn't going to keep the pipes warm enough esp. if they are in exterior walls or attic space....
