We had two almost inconsequential re-routes that cost us probably 10 minutes. I'll have to get my gps to get the exact co-ordinates, but you'd need to be a moron to let them cause you a problem.

The trail is doable on some larger bikes by very experienced large bike riders, but I definitely don't recommend it. Smaller is better. Way better.

1020 my door to my door in Boone. 40 miles my house to Damascus; ergo Day 1 should be called 290 for most folks....
