I was given a great tip to wear a plastic store bag over your boot when sliding into my one piece from Revit. Boot slides because its plastic against plastic...works like a champ! No more 1 foot...

Second set of tires - first set I put @42 psi - boy was that squirrely and I complained until someone said to be sure to keep them 1lb under recommended - so I lowered to 35 back and 31 front. Helped...

Mine came set to optimum specs for my height/weight, bike, riding style of 70 Road/30 Off-road, 2 up and 2 up with bags.

I believe the original settings were 12 rear and 14 front.
