Mine on a 640A are still fine after over three years and a few spills. The rear subframe on the other hand is an entirely different story.

I've worn my Darien (not light) exclusively for about ten years. I bought it as an "all season" solution and it has worked fine for that. Enough room to layer under in fall/winter and flows air well...

I'll echo the "comfortable out of the box" statement above. They have proven to be waterproof so far, but as a result are really hot in the summer....

Well Neither of those is a direct bolt on from the looks of the stocker on mine. The first one I put above is close and could probably be grafted onto the front half of the stock fender.

I've had a pair of these since May (2010) and used them on a 2k mi ride in June from southeast Kansas to Colorado. In the heat and wind of southwest Kansas in late June they are really, really hot....
