The PD uses my aftermarket 16" screen.

My Rt uses full fairing.

I guess I'm gettin old because I enjoy the RT fairing like I never did before.

A computer is required to plug in and shut off the "check engine light" and its associated faults. You will then look back over the fence, climb back over and move back on happily on your oldschool....

I have some alum bags on my PD that I bought on Ebay. They were for a KLR, I redrilled them, installed them with the Touratech Universal Mount kit (like 60 bucks) and they work fine with the OEM...

I'm in Miami, so could I fly in and test it back to Miami? I should have a pretty good evaluation by then. I do have a 1980RT in my stable so somewhat of a comparison.

Remember the boots only purpose on the paralever bike is to keep water, dust, dirt and rodents out. So you can also just black duct tape it till you need to pull it all the way down.

I bought one at Cycle Gear recently, the XL for my RT with bags, windshield and man it was cheap and so far has been "waterproof enough". I think it was on sale but they've always got a sale.

prop final drive on something to level it,
remove driveshaft bolts,
slide the shaft backward barely enough to squeeze the hell out of the boot...
