If you go with another KLR, a heavier rear spring makes a world of difference with the wobble. I upgraded mine and the wobble hasn't been back since.

My klr tops out at 90 with the 15 and slightly faster than that with a 14-tooth. Mileage is slightly better with the 14 as well if I'm flogging it. If I'm riding easy then the 15 gets better mileage....
