No ktm comes from the factory with that on there mso or certificate of origin. They want you to plate it and ride the heck out of it.

It's a 500xcw that has a Sicass kit to get the plate. From everything I read, the 500 was a better dual sport handled hwy duty better than 350. They are practically the same price so go big.
