Im thinking that the cases should be mounted on a rubber cocked/ loaded slide as a "safety item" that could let the case slide rear under duress...this would allow the case to move in one direction...

i just use an air powered die grinder... they are cheap and go forever if you oil them once in a while. More important to me are the cutters.. a good quality set of carbide burrs will cut for years...

I hate to see this happen... the speedometer drive uses a steel ring at front hub to drive the speedo gear ...it has tangs that are way too heavy..if the worm gear stops spinning the steel tangs...

+1 changing that arm length was the easiest ..most bang for the effort mode i've done... that and putting the kaw zx10 springs in the clutch basket... both cheap and ... in at least my case veryyy...
