Have you checked your coolant level? If you are draining one cup a day from the air box it should be visible lower in the reservoir... and pointing towards a leak somewhere. Good point to start there...

Dansin did, it's his design. He runs a non ABS Dakar. Me and Grimstone used them as well. We needed a thin (0,8mm according to Grimstone) spacer between fork leg and spacer on disc side to keep brake...

It's a very tight fit getting the new grips on. I used a thin layer of rescue tape and that was too thick.. but perhaps shrink wrap would do the job..
