Can't reset the service indicator unless something has changed in TuneECU. You need Dealer Tool for that: http://dealertoolcouk.ipage.com/ I use TuneECU on my '12 Tiger Roadie.

Yep, get over the fact that it's ugly. I went back and forth on this for many months before pulling the trigger. Works awesome on my Tiger 800 and the looks are starting to grow on me.

Yeah, that's the opposite of where I live (Florida). Flat straight roads and a lot of commuting miles. I don't see a lot of high RPMs or fast starts that much either. I save that for the motard.

I noticed that in the manual as well. I ended up just taking the throttle cable bracket off using a long philips screwdriver. Worked a treat. Just be careful not to drop the screws.
