The main thing this solves for me is the ability to pump gas at full flow...

Has anyone tried removing the filler neck from the gas tank?

Besides the obvious lost fuel capacity.... it is a real pain when fueling up... Seems to be easy to remove, just a few screws.

I've had the Xch for 10 months - and it definitely needs a good way to carry extra gas - this has got to be one of the cleanest I've seen here.
