From a maintenance perspective, the Guzzi adds only valve adjustments to the list of the Buell XB.
Consider that the heads are sticking out in the wind it makes...

Yes the Stelvio came to mind, it's on par size wise with the BMW. And, at 6'1" you're certainly a big enough guy to handle the size/weight of the Guzzi.

From a bits & pieces stand point, none of the 3 bikes you mention measure up to the Buell.
That is they all have, IMO,...

The local Triumph dealer is not even on the Triumph web site.
They only do special orders for new bikes.

Yep!
Basically a Ulysses with the engine rotated 90degs and a shaft drive instead of a belt.
The Guzzi is low maintenance, or in the case of valve adjustment easy maintenance.

My only beef with...

I paid $8500 for my '06 Ulysses in '06, it was 7 months old and had 850 miles. It came with parts & service manuals, an oil filter and 3 qts of Mobil...
