I don't know much about the different models, but I'd look at a laser printer vs inkjet. They will rape you on price for the inkjet toner, cost per copy is much less on laser.

I've changed tires on 1150 and 1200GS spoke wheels without them. Might be easier to get them clamped with the posi-clamps but the standard ones have worked for me so far.

No mar said they help...
