This is part of the reason that I'm not riding that much these days :cry I've had the best luck with cutting off part of the stock windshield where about only 2-3 inches go above the fairing.

Buy extra plugs, can foul out quickly and always good to have a spare. If the one you have doesn't have a screw off top, it is probably a car plug.
