At highway speed when i pull in the clutch i dont feel nothing smooth as silk,only when i engage i feel the motor vibs,so what your saying you will not feel it anyway if it were out of phase?

I have a R1150 RS and its a two part problem here? 1st, I changed my filter and now my fuel gauge stopped working. If I do not do anything about it till the next change will that hurt anything?
