Mine pop out real easy but I always grease them prior to installing them..dielectric where they fit over the plug and moly on the outside. I think it may seal out moisture as well.

I love my 12 and wouldn't go back to an 1150 for anything. More power, less weight, great brakes ('07) and not one issue except a bad battery early on...and about three low beam bulbs.
