Not sure. But if you convert a dirtbike to SM it'll lower it. Going from a 21 to a 17 will lower the front a little, and going from an 18(?) to a 17 will help some.

Not sure what V-Rod's are going over the barrel for in your neck of the woods, but around here a clean early model one can be had for relatively little dough. I've seen them for as low as $6k USD.
