BMW R100GS 1989 Carby slides

Hi Beater
I'm after a set of carby slides for the 40mm Bings fitted to the 100GS, or even a complete set of carbs if they are in good nick. Anything amongst your collection of parts?

All good

Well this seemed fairly successful. 36 riders showed up, and had a good day. A few scaddy showers between Uralla and Guyra didnt dampen spirits. Raised $700+ for the scrapheap cause.

You will probably find the bulb wattage is too low - typical of the Chinese ones. Find out the original wattage for the bike and fit them. Sometimes you can get away with just changing one each side.

First thing I checked. Definitely engine oil. The only alternatives are the RMS and the oil pump O ring. Both were replaced 3000 km ago. I'm punting on the rear seal at this stage.
