I've done it about 6 times in the last couple of years. I found taking the bike on biz trip took some of the 'specialness' out of the ride. I was more in a 'work mindset' than laid back having fun....

Clover gear

I am very happy with my Clover Crossover jacket. 4 seasons for sure. Rode with vents open recently in 92 f and was cool enough.

Hi Viz

One study I read indicated a white helmet was more visible to cagers than a hi viz helmet, plus the white does not fade like Hi viz does.

One study I read of helmet color and visibility, white nudged out hi-viz as being more visible. Plus, IMHO, the white won't fade like the hi-viz will.
