Handlebars

I'm planning on replacing the stock handlebar with one that is less swept back (and maybe a bit higher). If you've changed your handlebar:

1) What type of riding do you do (e.g., mostly on-road,...

Mike at Man Racks was nice enough to fire out a DR200 BBQ rack for me. The thing is EXACTLY what I wanted and fits like a glove:

I've got the "regular" Man Racks and like it very much.

How will larger front tire affect speedo?

I'm mathematically impaired, so I'm turning to the forum for help in anticipating how a larger front tire will affect the accuracy of the DR's speedo. If I replace the OE 70/100-21 with a 90/90-21...

A word of caution. I bought identical ATV tank saddlebags from Princess Auto for my DR200SE. The price was right (I think I paid $15) and they fit the DR's tank just fine. However, the bags are kept...

Shinko's website (http://www.shinkotireusa.com/product/product.php?id=63) shows only one 705 front tire that fits: 90/90-21. Two rear 705 tires would fit: 4.10-18 and 120/80-18.

My research indicates that there is quite a variety of tires in sizes that will fit the DR200. Shinko advertises the 244 as 70/30 on/off road (and the 700 as 80/20). The 244 would be quite suitable...

No, some hesitation is there even when the engine is fully warmed up. I could easily live with the hesitation if it did go away once the engine was up to normal operating temperature.

Took a ride today after reducing the clutch free play. Downshifting was much improved, as was finding neutral. Surprising how much of a difference that 1 mm made.
