Agreed the Harbor Freight front wheel clamp is crap. I went for an overhead winch which grabs the rear sub frame via a sling. It holds the bike vertical until I get it tied down.

In my world (aviation) we don't just use anything to lubricate teflon. So I'm not sure if engine oil is the way to go. I do know that synthetic oil is used in certain areas to lubricate teflon...
