Took the wheels off an stuffed new tubes in the old rotten tires. Just wanted to be able to push the bike around the garage without grunting so much.

You are correct, Prutser, the mufflers are the later /7 style. They are new aftermarket with some minor rust due to sitting in storage for 10 years. They should clean up okay.

I had wirespokes service the gauges, so I believe they are accurate.

I rode a baseline of 1,000/month just commuting to/from work.
Put 98K on a 1985 CB700 (miss that bike) and 78K on a 1992...

She just turned over 43K (5K were my miles) and is running great. Reliable, comfortable, always gets a thumbs up at the local motorcycle...
