Any new one that you buy will be fuel injected. That means it will stay running at a light and you have no need to blip the throttle :D You can scratch that one from the list.

Gonna go out on a limb and say your fast idle switch/cable is a different cable than the throttle. Point is to synchronize the throttle cables to the same length and power delivery.
