The biggest problem is the bike's inability to idle at altitude. Starting at about 5K feet when you come to a stop the bike requires constant feathering of the throttle just to keep the bike running....

FWIW, The 680 works fine in the original tool tray with space left over for a little storage. I carry a little Pelican box in there for stuff I want to make sure stays dry.
