I personally think the BMW R1200s felt a lot less top heavy than their 1150 counterparts. It's one reason I sold my 04 RT and bought an 07 to replace it.

I get that. It's just that most bikes these days don't seem to have the proper cooling to handle the heat they generate. But you can take a powerful car and get stuck in traffic with no issues....
